His excellency general hadher khalaf mohammed al muhairi, served three decades in government service at the highest levels of decision making in the uae armed forces and directorate of residency and foreign affairs in the ministry of interior affairs. Being the director general of the directorate of naturalization and residency, he has represented the government in various roles domestically and has been responsible for numerous international multi-lateral initiatives. Mr. Hadher believes that everyone should share responsibility and put positive efforts to achieve the organization’s goal. Empowerment of employees and teamwork is the key to success.
